When you visit this site
- WHAT
- Your IP address and the details your browser sends, processed by Netlify, which hosts the website.
- WHY
- To run the website and keep it safe: our legitimate interest.
- HOW LONG
- As long as Netlify needs the logs to run and protect the site. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
When you write to us
- WHAT
- Your name, your email address and what you write, in our email at Microsoft 365.
- WHY
- To answer you, and to work with you if you ask us to: our legitimate interest, or the steps before a contract.
- HOW LONG
- As long as the matter needs, and at most two years after our last contact, unless the email belongs to the accounts or to a contract.
When you book a call
- WHAT
- Your name, your email address, the time you choose and what the call is about, and your phone number and notes if you add them, on Cal.com's own site. The call is on Microsoft Teams, and we do not record it.
- WHY
- To hold the call you asked for.
- HOW LONG
- At most two years after the call.
Drawings you send us
- WHAT
- The drawings and documents of your project, and the names written on them.
- WHY
- To do the work you ask for, under our agreement or your NDA. When we use AI on a drawing, only the parts we mark go to Claude, Anthropic's AI, which does not train on them.
- HOW LONG
- As our agreement says. We use them for your project only.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify, United States: this website.
- Microsoft: our email, and calls on Teams.
- Cal.com, United States: bookings of a call.
- Anthropic, United States: Claude, only for the parts of a drawing we mark.
Netlify, Cal.com and Anthropic are based in the United States, and Microsoft may also process data there. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or else on the EU standard contractual clauses in the provider's data processing terms.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, and receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable form. Write to info@ardilamarine.com; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
